Section 5 — Pledge

As a Certified Sip business, I commit to: • Treating every customer with dignity regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, language, or appearance. • Honoring access — physical, sensory, financial — to the best of my capacity. • Responding in good faith when a customer raises a concern. • Updating my listing if material facts about the business change. • Acknowledging that the badge can be suspended or revoked if multiple verified reports surface that I've fallen short — and that the path back includes a public response and accountability period.
